The normal user does not configure an agent. They talk, upload context, approve cards, and publish a second face.
v0.4-local: text/markdown/json/csv are extracted directly. DOCX is extracted on the server with Mammoth. PDF, image, audio, and video are tracked as sources for now.
Representation Packet
The second face as an inspectable object.
The packet is the portable AAOS-ish context object: identity, voice, boundaries, phone policy, default mediation, and approved context cards.
